what is artistic swimming?

Artistic swimming is a sport that combines power, grace, precision, elegance, and fun into a team atmosphere where girls learn to work together and support each other to achieve their goals.

Synchro is the ultimate team sport and attracts girls or boys of all ages. It promotes a strong work ethic, creativity, goal setting, team spirit, fitness for life and also creates lasting friendships.

our mission

We strive to provide programs for swimmers of various ages and with varied levels of ability and commitment so that all athletes can reach their personal goals in a safe, supportive and fun environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and fun through sport. We work to develop swimmers with good technique, self-confidence, and positive self-esteem.

our programs

We offer programs that are designed to suit swimmers of various ages, abilities, and commitment levels. The Kelowna Dolphins primarily practice at the H20 Adventure and Fitness Facility on Gordon Drive in Kelowna as well as the Kelowna family YMCA in Rutland on Hartman Road.
