Aquatic fundamentals, with a focus on the FUN part!
AquaGO is a nation-wide program, available at CAS clubs and licensed affiliated organizations across the country. It’s been specifically designed for 5-9 year-olds to first feel comfortable and enjoy movement in water, and then to build the skills to take part in aquatic-based activities throughout their lives.

AquaGo! is:

• Open to kids who have never tried artistic swimming before.
• Led by experienced instructors who specialize in teaching beginners.
• Focused on fundamental techniques, water acclimatization and basic routines.
• A stepping stone to our broader artistic swimming programs for those who discover a passion for it.

Please reach out to the club if you have questions about your child's abilities and suitability for the program. Swimmers can get a sense of whether this program is a fit at our open Try It sessions. The next Try It session will be held on Sunday, March 1 from 4:15-5:15 p.m. To sign your child up for the Try It session, email: [email protected].

• The coaches will arrange the swimmers based on age and swim ability.
• All programs take a break over the Christmas holidays and start back up in early January.
• Refunds will not be granted due to pool closures, holiday, and/or sickness.

AquaGo! Session 3 runs March 30, 2026 - May 31, 2026 on Monday evenings in March and April and then Sundays in May. Cost for this 8-week session is $200.
