Aquatic fundamentals, with a focus on the FUN part!
AquaGO is a nation-wide program, available at CAS clubs and licensed affiliated organizations across the country. It’s been specially designed for 5-9 year-olds to first feel comfortable and enjoy movement in water, and then to build the skills to take part in aquatic-based activities throughout their lives.

Here's how Aqua Go works:

• Open to kids who have never tried artistic swimming before.
• Led by experienced instructors who specialize in teaching beginners.
• Focus on fundamental techniques, water acclimatization, and basic routines.
• A stepping stone to our broader artistic swimming programs for those who discover a passion for it.

In order to begin this program, swimmers must submit proof of Swim Kids 5 (YMCA Star Level 1) or have been assessed by the Head Coach.

• The coaches will arrange the swimmers based on age and swim ability
• All programs take a break over the Christmas holidays and start back up in early January
• Refunds will not be granted due to pool closures, holiday, and/or sickness
